Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing any product.
Minimum order sizes depend on the type of packaging you are looking for. Since we do digital printing you can even order 1 unit of some items. If you let us know the ideal quantity that you need of an item we can recommend the most economical order levels.
Lead times vary depending on the material and style. Generally corrugated items have shorter lead times between 3 days to 2 weeks. Folding cartons are usually 3-4 weeks.
In both cases, a few days should be added for first time items to allow for the production of tooling and getting approvals.
We will always do our best to meet deadlines.
Yes we can. We will need your product to build around. There is a small charge for designing the structure which will depend on the amount of time required for our designers. We will provide a CAD drawing and a white sample for your approval. The charge can be applied toward the order.
Yes, we have an in house graphic design department which you can utilize or we can work with your designer.
Our terms are – net 30 days upon approval. On first orders we require a 50% deposit.
If you pay for the tooling, whether it is to Imperial Paper or to any other supplier, you own it and can transfer to any other manufacturer.
Yes, even though our specialty is custom packaging we do carry over 1,000 sizes of stock boxes in addition to many cushioning materials, tapes, strapping etc.
We prefer Adobe Illustrator. All fonts must either be supplied or the type should be outlined. Always add ¼” of bleed all around.
