Our design process utilizes full-featured CAD services to design an optimally structured package to fit your components, followed by striking graphic designs and artwork to create samples in Adobe Illustrator. We can design and engineer corrugated cardboard into A, B, C, E, F, and G flutes – double or triple-walled – for your component packaging, and we utilize chipboard SBS, SUS, CCNB, CCKB, and bending chip stock made from reclaimed paper stock. These materials enable us to manufacture component packaging that can be die cut, slit, and printed, and depending on the final application, the packaging is assembled with staples, glue, bolts, or nails. All manufacturing is done to precise tolerances of ±1/32″, followed by structural proof tests and 100% lot inspections.
In addition to custom component packaging manufacturing, Imperial Paper offers vendor managed inventory, warehousing, and distribution, along with packing, sealing, and construction materials. Production volumes run from prototypes to no-minimum low volumes to high volume large-scale long production runs. Lead times for most corrugated designs are one to three days, and seven to ten days for Just in Time deliveries.
